Our Open Meetings are held in the evenings, often from 6:30 PM excluding UK Bank Holidays, groups run for approximately 2 hours.

No, we are a brotherhood that volunteer to give back to the community, we all share and use the group just like everyone else.
Participation isn’t limited to those facing mental health difficulties.
All men are welcome, regardless of their mental health status or experiences.

There are no fees involved in attending The Man Cave.
Donations are encouraged to help us continue to facilitate the Open Meetings.
No, there is no registration or booking involved with attending any Man Cave Open Meetings. You don’t have to tell anyone that you are coming. You can show up at any of our venues prior to the start of the Open Meetings.
We have local events held throughout the year, such as Breath work, Sound bath workshops, Ice baths, fundraising challenges etc. Keep up with your local groups for all the latest news.
Our Open Meetings are for those that identify as men.
We regularly attend and host events and women and children are always welcome to be involved.
We have a setup a community called The Lodge opened for women.

Only those that attend the meetings will know, our Open Meetings are confidential and one of our biggest rules is “What’s shared at the Cave, stays at the Cave”.
The only exception to this rule occurs if a group facilitator believes you are at risk of harming yourself or others, at which point, emergency services will be contacted.
The community lead will go over a brief set of rules at the beginning of each Open Meeting to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Individual attendance records are not retained for any of our Open Meetings. If you choose not to be seen in any photos, please let your local team lead know, as we use Social Media to spread awareness of our mission.

No, our Open Meetings run from Weekday evenings. We have a community Whatsapp group for community support.
If you require someone to talk to, please call the Samaritans on 116 123 or any support helplines that you require.
Any man over the age of 18 is able to attend our Open Meetings.
If you are running late, please try to let your local team lead know.
To fully benefit from the sessions, we would want you to attempt to stay for the entire Open Meeting; but, we won’t stop you if you must leave.

Yes ,we do! But referrals are not necessary to attend, men can simply turn up.
Yes – but it is advised that you check the relevant Open Meeting or website to ensure the group hasn’t changed venue or times.
Most of our venues are Wheelchair Accessible.
